Helping Sustain Your Business’ Profitability
Join the rising tide at #wqa2026
WQA’s education sessions are designed to meet groundwater professionals’ technical knowledge needs, broaden your understanding of water treatment, grow new business operations skills and expand your network! Check out just a few examples:
I’m New: How do I Speak Confidently about PFAS and microplastics?
Tailored for professionals new to water treatment – or pros expanding into addressing regulated contaminants – we’ll unravel the basics of PFAS and microplastics, explore reliable resources for knowledge-building, and provide actionable strategies to approach customer discussions with clarity and confidence.
Illuminating the Complexities of Rural UV Disinfection
Delve into the nuanced challenges of using ultraviolet disinfection in rural drinking water applications in this intermediate-level session that draws on firsthand experiences and cutting-edge research to explore common misconceptions and often-overlooked factors that impact UV’s efficacy.
The Wells and Enteric Disease Transmission (WET) Pilot Trial: Groundbreaking Insights into Waterborne Disease Prevention
Addressing the critical issue of gastrointestinal illnesses from untreated private wells, this session dives deep into the findings of the pioneering Wells and Enteric disease Transmission Trial. The discussion sheds light on the widespread pathogen contamination plaguing private water sources and explores how these results can inform future best practices, homeowner guidance, and the role of advanced treatment technologies, such as whole-home UV systems, in safeguarding rural communities.
Marketing to the Next Wave: Winning Millennial and Gen Z Homeowners
Millennials and Gen Z are becoming the new face of homeownership, and they shop differently than their parents. This session will examine the unique values, digital habits, and decision-making styles of these younger generations, arming attendees with the insights needed to effectively reach and convert the next wave of homeowners.
From “Hello” to a Lasting Impact
You’ve made valuable connections at the WQA Convention & Expo – now it’s time to transform those initial introductions into enduring, mutually beneficial relationships. Whether you’re looking to expand your sphere of influence, meet other pros who can suggest smarter treatment solutions, or seek other kinds of expertise, turn those “nice to meet you” moments into lasting, outcome-oriented connections.
These more informal education sessions are designed to get you talking with others who can help you solve technical problems, suggest best practices or brainstorm a new approach. The roundtable offerings or panel discussions are designed to break the ice so the conversations flow! Look for sessions on:
- Referral Relations
- UV Treatments
- Brine Reclaim
- Optimizing Chemical Feed Pump Systems
